Shipping & Returns

 Shipping Policy

Shipping options are based on the delivery option you choose and the weight, the size, and the dimensions of your order. You will have the opportunity to choose your shipping oiptions during the checkout process. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for standard service delivery. All orders are processed and shipped the following business day after order confirmation. 

Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, "excluding U.S. Federal Holidays." 

Priority Shipping & Handling

We offer FedEx, as a real-time priority shipping service, for an additional charge: 

Outside The 48 Contiguous States

Shipping fees will be charged for each order. Select premium service if needed. Two and three day deliveries are not available in all areas, please check with your local carriers. 

Additional Freight Charges

Please Note: Additional freight charges will be applied for all large, heavy, customer-requested shipping method, or over-sized product shipments.

Returns Policy


Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. To receive credit, materials must be returned freight-prepaid within thirty (30) days of invoice date in saleable condition with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our Customer Service Department for an RMA number and reference it on all boxes and correspondence.

Materials returned without an RMA number will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Also, a 35% restocking fee, plus all shipping and storage charges, will be charged for any refused COD, or if the carrier is unable to deliver the order.

Damaged Merchandise

NAUI guarantees that all products are shipped in good condition. If damage occurs during a shipment, preserve the box, packing materials, and contents in the condition it was received, and file a claim with the shipping company. Contact our Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days for replacement merchandise.

Missing Merchandise

Upon receipt of your order, check the items against the packing list and report any missing items to our Customer Service Department within 72 hours of receipt. We will be happy to send any items not previously shipped to you.
